Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

This policy explains what ArenaIQ collects, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account info: email, password (stored encrypted by our login provider; we can't see it), name, account type and that you confirmed you're 18+.
• Profile info you add: position, size, teams, college, hometown, bio, stats, measurables, film links and action photos.
• Contact info you add: contact email and phone.
• Membership: whether you're Free or Premium, and Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details go straight to Stripe. ArenaIQ never sees or stores your card number.
• On your device: the app stores your sign-in and a few settings (like your last tab) in your browser so you stay signed in.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.

Who can see what

• Profiles (name, position, size, teams, film, photos, stats, bio) are visible only to signed-in members, not the public.
• Your contact email and phone are visible only to you and to Premium coaches and scouts.
• Your account email is never shown to other members.

How we use it

To run your account and profile, process Premium, let coaches and scouts find players, keep ArenaIQ safe (including handling reports), answer messages and improve the app. We don't use your information for third-party advertising.

Services that help run ArenaIQ

• Supabase: database, sign-in and photo storage
• Stripe: payments
• Netlify: hosting and the contact form
• YouTube and Vimeo: when you play embedded film, those services load the video and follow their own privacy policies. YouTube embeds use privacy-enhanced mode.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account any time from your Profile page. That permanently deletes your profile, photos, film links and contact info. Stripe keeps payment records it's legally required to keep. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle them.

Young people

ArenaIQ is not for children under 13. People 13 to 17 may only use a fan account, and player, coach and scout profiles are 18+. If you believe someone under 13 has an account, tell us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile, remove photos and film, and delete your account in the app. For anything else, including a copy of your data, use the contact page or email arenafootballiq@gmail.com.
