Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of the ArenaIQ app (arenaiq.netlify.app) and website (arenaiq.app). By creating an account or using ArenaIQ, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use ArenaIQ.

1. Who can use ArenaIQ

• Anyone can browse public team, tryout and transaction info.
• Player, coach and scout profiles and Premium are for people 18 and older.
• People 13 to 17 may only use a fan account. ArenaIQ is not for children under 13.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private and use one account per person. You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't create accounts for other people or pretend to be someone else.

3. Premium and payments

• Premium costs $3 per month, billed through Stripe, and renews every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time. Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.
• FIRST100 (closed Oct 25, 2026): the first 100 eligible members (players, coaches and scouts, 18+) who use the code get Premium at no charge for as long as their account stays active and ArenaIQ offers Premium. One per person. It can be removed if it's abused or the account breaks these terms.
• We may change prices with notice. Changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.

Referral program

Premium members can share a personal referral link. If someone signs up through your link and pays for Premium, you earn 50% of what they pay ArenaIQ: each month they stay on a monthly plan, or a one-time 50% of their first payment on a yearly plan. Memberships unlocked free with a code (like FIRST100) don't earn anything, and you can't refer yourself or your own other accounts.

Each commission is held for 30 days so refunds and chargebacks can clear. A refunded or disputed payment cancels its commission, and if it was already paid to you, we subtract it from your next payout. Once you have $10 or more ready, we pay you by Cash App, PayPal or Zelle using the details you save in the app. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and we may ask for tax information before paying larger amounts. We can pause or end the program, or hold payouts we believe come from fake accounts, spam or abuse.

4. Your content

You own the film links, photos, stats and info you post. You give ArenaIQ permission to store and show it to other members so the service works. You confirm that:

• You have the right to post it (you took the photo or have permission, and you appear in the film you link).
• Stats, measurables and team history are honest.
• It doesn't feature anyone under 18, except people incidentally in the background of a game or crowd.

5. Community rules

Don't post or do any of the following:

• Impersonation, fake profiles or made-up stats
• Harassment, threats, hate or discrimination
• Nudity, sexual content or violence
• Spam, scams or selling services to players, including charging players a fee to "get signed"
• Copying, scraping or selling member contact info

Report anything that breaks these rules from the profile page or on our contact page. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.

6. Information on ArenaIQ

Team, tryout and transaction info is collected from league and team sites, official transaction reports and local press. It can be out of date or wrong. Always confirm tryout dates, fees and details with the team. ArenaIQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the IFL, AF1, NAL, AAL or any team. League and team names belong to their owners.

7. ArenaIQ is not an agent

ArenaIQ doesn't represent players, negotiate contracts or guarantee tryouts, roster spots or contact from teams. Couch to Pro content and anything else on ArenaIQ is general information, not legal, financial or career advice.

Agents, scouts and paid promotions

Agents and independent scouts on ArenaIQ are approved by ArenaIQ before they get the Agent / Scout badge. They are independent and are not ArenaIQ staff. Some charge their clients fees; any agreement is between you and them. ArenaIQ never charges players to be signed, and no one on ArenaIQ can guarantee a tryout, roster spot or contract. A player's page only shows "Represented by" after that player confirms it. Agents and scouts can start up to 20 new conversations a day. Report anyone who pressures you to pay to be signed.

Paid promotions. Developmental League coaches and agents/scouts can pay to promote a post ($5) or spotlight a client on the Home screen for 7 days ($5). Paid items are marked Promoted. ArenaIQ reviews each one and can decline or remove anything that breaks these terms. Promotion fees are not refundable once an item is live.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limits

ArenaIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, ArenaIQ isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll post a notice in the app. Using ArenaIQ after an update means you accept the new terms.
